Over the years, Julia has put this knowledge to work in different capacities. Principal of Heskel Editorial Services, LLC since 2017, she has worked closely with leading management consulting firms such as Boston Consulting Group, McKinsey, Deloitte, and Oliver Wyman. Before that, Julia spent 13 years as a director of thought leadership publications, first at PRTM Management Consultants and then at PWC (Pricewaterhouse Cooper LLP). During this period, she helped senior consultants across an array of industries and practice areas develop articles and ebooks on critical business issues. Earlier in her career, she worked at The Winthrop Group, where she authored a number of organizational histories of iconic companies and institutions, including Phillips Exeter Academy, the YMCA of Boston, and the architectural firm Shepley Bulfinch Richardson and Abbott.
